Label Proofing & Production Process

Our process is simple: spec first, proof before print, then produce to match the proof you approved.

1) Specs we confirm

• Size (exact width × height)
• Quantity + number of SKUs (designs)
• Material + adhesive direction (based on your product + surface)
• Finish (matte or gloss) and shape (square, rounded, circle, die-cut)

2) Artwork check

• Preferred files: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG
• High-resolution PNG/TIFF can work for simple layouts
• Barcodes/QR codes get a scan-aware layout check (quiet zone, contrast, size)

3) Proof approval (email)

We send a proof for you to approve by email. Nothing moves to production until you confirm.

4) Production + finishing

Typical production is 2–5 business days after proof approval (queue, shipping distance, and whether design work is needed). For larger quantities, ask for a timeline with your quote.

5) Repeat orders

If you’re running a product line, your second order should be easier than your first. We keep specs consistent so reorders stay predictable.
